Enterprise Routing Comes Native to UniFi

UniFi Network 10.4 adds enterprise-grade routing capabilities directly into the platform with eBGP for ISP peering. This enables more advanced network architectures while maintaining the simplicity and centralized visibility UniFi is known for.

  • Native eBGP support within Routing Table
  • View internal OSPF areas in the same interface
  • Simplified enterprise routing deployment workflows
  • Greater flexibility for dynamic environments, with more features to come
Advanced internal and external routing is now seamlessly integrated into the UniFi experience.

IPv6 Connectivity Gets Smarter and More Capable

IPv6 support continues to expand with automatic ISP dual-stack detection and WireGuard VPN over IPv6. For deployments operating behind CG-NAT, Teleport VPN helps maintain dependable remote access connectivity using our WiFiman client application or our UniFi Travel Router. However your ISP provides connectivity, UniFi is ready to help you make the most of your connection’s capabilities.

  • Automatic IPv6 capability detection with clear steps to activate.
  • WireGuard VPN support over IPv6
  • Reliable remote connectivity behind CG-NAT with Teleport
  • Improved readiness for modern ISP environments
UniFi now delivers stronger IPv6 awareness and VPN flexibility by default.

Infrastructure Visibility Reaches a New Level

The time-machine experience, introduced in Network 10.3, is now integrated directly into the infrastructure topology screen. From a single pane of glass, administrators can investigate interconnect history exactly when and see where issues occur.

By bringing historical insight into the topology workflow, troubleshooting becomes faster and operational awareness improves significantly.

  • Digital twins can now be completed with seamless third-party appliance integration and smart grouping
  • Historical interconnect visibility inside topology view for all switches
  • Faster root-cause analysis workflows
  • Improved operational awareness
  • Reduced troubleshooting complexity and cross-referencing
Critical network history is now visible exactly where administrators need it.

Enhanced Power and Cellular Visibility

Administrators can now access full 5G radio telemetry directly within the UniFi interface. UPS integrations also gain a new battery threshold configuration to better protect systems during short power interruptions.

These additions provide deeper operational intelligence and improved infrastructure protection.

  • Full 5G telemetry visibility in the UI, including bands in use and radio health
  • Better monitoring of cellular performance over time, including both 4G and 5G signals on U5G devices
  • Configurable UPS battery thresholds
  • Improved outage resilience and adjustable sensitivity
Operational visibility now extends deeper into power and cellular infrastructure.

Site Manager Expands Into True Fleet Orchestration

Blueprints in Site Manager now support synchronization across deployments, enabling true infrastructure orchestration at scale. This gives administrators stronger governance and consistency across distributed environments.

  • Blueprint synchronization across sites
  • Centralized orchestration capabilities
  • Configure one site and push to many
  • Improved consistency across deployments, including DNS policies, VLANs, and more
Site Manager now brings policy-driven orchestration to UniFi fleets.

UniFi Network 10.4 delivers a major leap forward in enterprise networking, resiliency, and large-scale infrastructure orchestration within the UniFi ecosystem.
